Terms and Conditions and Refund Polices

1. Booking Confirmation and Deposits

  • A signed agreement and payment of a deposit are required to secure the date and services.

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made at least 18 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services, with the deposit forfeited.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the event details (e.g., guest count, services, or location) must be communicated in writing at least 21 days before the event. Additional fees may apply.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation is made at least 18 days before the event, minus the non-refundable deposit.

4. Liability

  • The company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather, venue restrictions, or third-party vendors.

  • Clients are liable for any damages caused by guests to rented equipment or decorations.

5. Services Provided

  • The company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to services to ensure the safety, quality, and success of the event.

  • Any additional services requested on the day of the event will incur extra charges.

6. Decorations and Rentals

  • Clients must return all rented items in their original condition by the agreed-upon time. Fees will apply for late returns or damaged items.

7. Photography and Marketing

  • The company may use photos from the event for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the services are provided.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 18 days before the event date.

  • Refunds will exclude the non-refundable deposit.

3. Late Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 18 days before the event date.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is received and approved.
